Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our media house as the Chief Creator. As the Chief Creator, you will be responsible for leading and managing our creative team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and strategies for our clients. You will play a crucial role in shaping our agency’s creative vision, ensuring that our work stands out in the competitive landscape and drives exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy Development:

   – Develop and implement a compelling creative strategy that aligns with clients’ marketing objectives and effectively communicates their brand messages.    – Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, target audience, and marketing goals, translating them into impactful creative campaigns.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

   – Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including copywriters, designers, art directors, and multimedia specialists.

   – Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging the team to generate fresh ideas, think outside the box, and push creative boundaries.

   – Provide guidance, feedback, and constructive criticism to team members to help them grow and deliver high-quality work.

3. Creative Conceptualization and Execution:

   – Oversee the development of innovative and engaging marketing campaigns, including concept creation, messaging, design, and multimedia content.

   – Ensure that creative concepts are effectively executed across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, video, and experiential marketing.

   – Review and approve all creative materials, ensuring they meet the clients’ objectives, brand guidelines, and quality standards.

4. Client Relationship Management:

   – Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and effectively communicating creative strategies and recommendations.

   – Collaborate with the account management team to understand client feedback, incorporate it into the creative process, and present creative concepts and campaigns to clients.

5. Industry Trends and Innovation:

   – Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the agency’s creative work.

   – Identify opportunities for incorporating new technologies, techniques, or creative formats that can enhance the effectiveness and impact of our campaigns.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media sciences or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

– Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in a creative leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment.

– Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns and projects across various mediums.

– Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.

– In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, and the ability to translate client objectives into impactful creative solutions.

– Proficiency in creative software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, for reviewing and providing feedback on creative materials.

– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

– A passion for creativity, design, and marketing, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think strategically, technically and creatively.
